Ukraine is like second poorest nation and I believe the second largest Army in Europe

They fighting for their homeland and you figure they ain't got much and the Russians tryna take what little they have.

And they getting battle hardened. And all this top notch equipment. They probably be able to push in a few other nations after this...Russia fukked up.

How soon does Ukrainian resistance last if US/EU support drops or stops? All we ever hear is Zelensky begging for weaponry

Remind me if Biden (rightly) hightailed the US outta there last year or nah? Taliban strolled right back in right (almost bloodlessly too :mjlol:)

More Russians died yesterday afternoon then US soldiers died during 20 years in Afghanistan

The United States Department of Defense lists 2,462 servicemembers as having died in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom's Sentinel. Of these, 1,926 were due to hostile action and 536 non-hostile.

Afghanistan was safer for Americans than St. Louis :heh:

Biden left because it’s been a shythole with no value for 1,000 years and will be the same 1,000 years from now

Realistically, I couldn't see it lasting long. They do not have the trained numbers or military production capacity to put up a prolonged conventional fight. The issue for Russia is that it has signed itself up for an unholy occupation if that comes to pass. The shyt they pulled has rightfully guaranteed generational levels of resentment in any occupied area. The general rule of thumb from modern accounts is that you need to have up to 50 soldiers for every civilian to pacify any insurgency.

The Donbas region is 4.1 million alone (pre-invasion of course). Any "victory" by Russia will be Pyhric by definition at this point. In my mind, Russia has already lost - Ukrainians are not letting this shyt slide on any level for the foreseeable future.
