New Putin speech dropped, main points so far are alot of red meat to his base about the SMO, reining in the Oligarchs and putting them in line (subliminals at Wagner), pensions and more services for Russians and their families who fought in the war and the dead from a special fund, talking about pivoting towards China and creating a self sustaining insular Russia. Asks the people to tough it out even tho he claims they beat the sanctions 
calling the West homos, thieves, pedos, cowards and the big kicker.....
Ruskies pulled out of Strategic Offensive Arms Treaty, will put land based nukes on combat duty and will RESUME nuclear testing.
