the fukk is this bullshyt :dahell: i dont want to pay for pensions in ukraine. what the hell does that have to do with military equipment?

good luck trying to get the public to give a fukk that the republicans are shutting this down :dead:

that only means ukraine will be in bigger debt to the usa when they finally get past this war. they are loaded with natural gas and wheat

thats what that means, usa will own them and blackrock will rebuild them.

this is crazy. all of the money we're sending them now isn't even being used for the military. 60 minutes had a report on it but had to take it down and i bet the powers that be made the call.

I have no issues with this. The reason why American has this huge military budget is to keep Russia and China in check. That's exactly what we are doing in Ukraine. We are bleeding them with no US troops on the ground. Sounds like a win to me.

no the fukk it doesnt. no one wants to hear that we're paying ukranian pensions, when the price of eggs is up 70 percent

please explain how paying the pensions of ukranians improves the lives of anyone in america

long-term this just gives america better leverage and goodwill at the negotiating table when we'll eventually have trade deals, trade deals that'll probably kick-in before ukraine is allowed into the EU. post-war ukraine gas & oil industry will be developed to supply Europe replacing russia which will weaken the market manipulation that russia and OPEC engaged in prior to the war. that will have a positive effect on the wallets of americans.

US WARNS ALLIES OF CHINA HELPING RUSSIA

The US has recently begun seeing “disturbing” trendlines in China’s support for Russia’s military and there are signs that Beijing wants to “creep up to the line” of providing lethal military aid to Russia without getting caught, US officials familiar with the intelligence told CNN.

The officials would not describe in detail what intelligence the US has seen suggesting a recent shift in China’s posture, but said US officials have been concerned enough that they have shared the intelligence with allies and partners at the Munich Security Conference over the last several days.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken raised the issue when he met with his Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi, on Saturday on the sidelines of the conference, officials said.

“The Secretary was quite blunt in warning about the implications and consequences of China providing material support to Russia or assisting Russia with systematic sanctions evasion,” a senior State Department official told reportersUS warns ALLIES OF China helping Russia

China: :lupe:

As I understand Ukraine doesn't have alot of air power so I think that comes with that.

I think that is how Germany was able to stalemate world War 1. Their Fokker aircraft could shoot through the propellers(timed to not hit the props) and so they had air superiority over the battlefield.
To the contrary, airpower in WW1 played a crucial role in trench warfare by allowing troops to gather critical intelligence, disrupt enemy operations, and break the stalemate of trench warfare.

Cause you want them to go back to their own country ( instead of Europe or America) instead of being refugees on America’s tax dime, they need time to rebuild their economy and that means knowing they have a safety net to restart businesses, farms, and starting families.

Exactly the reason we have pensions here. To encourage people to stay on that rat race of a 9-5.

You are paying for them one way or the other. At least this way there’s some hope they can get their own financial situation in order and not need it.
