Nah dude played his hand and lost. Basically he talked a lot of shyt about the miltary leadership which made anyone fighting in the Army look wierd and maybe someone tried him (it could've been the Ukrainians) be blamed the Army then took over a Military district. Then said he was going to Moscow.

He finally realized that trying to invade a country of 330 million with 25K dudes looks crazy no mater how wack the army is then cut a deal to save his life.

Putin was probably ready to wack this whole convoy with a series of Airstikes and all the Wagner dudes was like fukk this.
