This is why I keep telling yall nothing is going to happen to Trump. He won't get impeached and certainly won't be charged with a crime.

It doesn't matter what he does or how the Russia investigation goes, the GOP base is going to support him no matter what and so with the House Republicans. We're stuck with Trump until at least 2020 unless he decides to resign, and I think he's way too egotistical to even think about doing that.

This is why I tell people protesting don't mean shyt either. You're never going to change his followers mind. You want change actually go out and vote in the mid term elections, go out and vote in your local elections.

They impeached Bill Clinton for getting a blow job and Clinton was much more popular than Trump will ever be. Nixon was impeached by his own party, even though just a year and a half earlier he won re-election in a landslide. The Republicans would much rather have holy rolling Pence than mentally unbalanced Trump on every day of the year. On top of that Trump is still living off of the Obama economy, which is what every new President inherits (his predecessors economy in year one of a new administration), but what do you think is going to happen to the economy once Trump's economic policies actually kick in later this year? Even Trump's supporters are going to turn on that guy.

Bill Clinton was a Democrat dealing with a Republican-controlled Congress, so they were going to try to use any opportunity to impeach him just off GP. As far as Nixon, well, things weren't as wildly partisan back then.

Trump is a Republican dealing with a Republican-controlled Congress. Trump is always going to be popular with the GOP base (they are not going to turn on him, if things go badly they'll just blame Muslims/Immigrants/Minorities), therefore GOP politicians are just not going to support impeaching because it won't help them politically. You're wildly underestimating party loyalty and overestimating Trump supporters.

You are wildly overestimating GOP politicians loyalty to Trump. Who do you think is doing all of this leaking to the press? It sure the Hell is not Democrats, because Trump and crooked friends are not telling them anything. It is the Republicans narcing on him. This crap is out of control already and once the economy heads South or Mueller comes back with obstruction charges or worse yet collusion charges on Trump; then you can say hello to President Pence. Literally the only thing that is keeping Trump in Office right now is Barack Obama's economic recovery policies; which has the economy humming along.

Btw, Clinton was popular with moderate Republicans and Democrats and he was still impeached. And the Republicans during Nixon's time were partisan too; Nixon himself always appealed to the silent majority.
