Wouldn’t be surprised if guys like Giuliani and Sessions, who have varying levels of liability/culpability, aren’t essentially working for Mueller. Not in the traditional sense of gathering more evidence or to testify against trump, but moreso as a potential check on his worst instincts. The more devastating the evidence the greater interest there will be in suppressing the full extent of his crimes.
