Reading through the thread on Reddit, it looks like this will be submitted right before recess, so if there is inaction on the bill (Trump not signing it, either way) the bill just dies. Looks like virtue signaling from the R's, with no teeth, so they can appear to be bipartisan and say "we tried" but also give him an out, which he will just say, the sanctions will interfere with foreign relations agenda. This clown does not care about optics or transparency at all, and the R's are enabling his corruption. If this whole thing does not bring the entire US government to its knees, this is our life moving forward. The US will be mediocre for the future. It's a rolling snowball.now this will be interesting
