He would still be President, but if the Russians were involved to that degree; then Trump actually didn't win the electoral college, because Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio gave Trump the Presidency by something like 70,000 votes.

The bigger question that would come up is how would the Russians know to target a certain State and certain voters within certain districts within a State? IMO that is where the coordination and collusion with Americans would likely come in.

That is not a big secret. Presidential elections are always decided by a small handful of states (OH, IA, PA, FL, WI, MI, MO). And even within those states there is enough information that a campaign can focus on individual precincts/districts. Combine that with recent history (for instance how those districts voted in previous congressional elections) and you will have a good sense of where to concentrate your efforts.
