Look man, I don't know if Russell is sincere or not. His whole image may just be a PR stunt. But damn-it, even if it is, I respect the man for just promoting a positive image! We have a prominent Black athlete who for once isn't promoting ignorant hood shyt. He ain't tatted up or blinged out. He doesn't have 5 baby mommas and 10 kids running around. He doesn't have a criminal rap sheet. That's a rarity nowadays. Even if his image is all smoke and mirrors, it at least gives little black children something positive to aspire to.
