based on the legal manuevering, Russell's behavior, and the overwhelming amount of evidence alluded to...

In My case I put the chick out of my house she causes a commotion yrying to get back in. When cops came and arrested her for disorderly she remembered that I "raped her" When the female special victoms unit detective attempted to contact her she couldnt find her yet the chick called me six times from different numbers.

They dropped the case. the reason why im sitting in a coffee house in medellin and not at my desk in the states is because I was not proven not guilty The DA just dropped the case because the accusser refused to cooperate.

You mean in this instance? Well yeah. Which is why the statute of limitations is nonsense. If it can be proven, attempt to prove it then. Modern science and evidence collection means you might not need such a law. Unless it’s meant to protect the powerful over time.

It’s not a life I live or personally understand enough to take risks in. But I understand there are those that do and I would not want to condone the abuse of anyone who is in a situation where they are exploited unnecessarily because of a poor decision. There has to be a line somewhere
