You have dudes on bail knowing they guilty and likely to be in a cage full of wild men for 25 years but still go into court.

Word, When I was looking at 20 I was going to dip. fukk I look like sitting in a cell for 20 years for a crime I didn't commit.
They kinda don't let nikkas on super felonies just walk on bail like that. You have to surrender your passport and sometimes be on house arrest.
I didn't know until later that they kinda tell you how serious the charge is or lack of chance of conviction based on how they give you bail if they give it to you at all. Usually you get hemmed up for Murder you're not coming home unless you beat the case in court.
I thought I was going away for 20 years and a chick told me there was no way they'd release me on my own recognizance for a rape case. I had a passport and had ties to foreign countries. the DA dropped the case months before my arraignment.

Once charges hit they can ban you from travelin if they see you as a risk to flee. Good luck getting on public transportation. If you got money for a private jet or got connections then good for you.
They took Cosby's passport and They low key seized his jet. I mean he could've dipped if he really wanted to but It wasn't worth it. He had a great legal team they probably told him that he'd do a couple of years. I guess it wasn't worth it to him.
That being said had he dipped before they charged him Like Russell and Matt Lauer did. He wouldn't have been changed and not had to come up off that money that he gave that ugly dike chick.
