Idk breh, NBC is all over the Chicago Med show that's starting in November. The only place I've heard about this shyt is here & we all are dogging it.

That's their shyt though. I don't think this is dropping until January or February right? I dont even think CBS has announced an air date yet which is probably why. Just released that trailer at upfronts and that was that. :whoknows:

Normally silence like this means it's going through heavy reshoots/re-writes. Usually by now we'd be seeing further/guest casting news on places like Deadline and Hollywood Reporter or some marketing visuals (posters, banners, official artwork).

Same happened with Minority Report. According to Sepinwall and Fienberg, the pilot that aired was either the 2nd or 3rd version after the pilot was heavily re-written and re-shot.

I want to give this one a shot, and I will, but with the (seemingly) charisma-less lead and the overall semi-professional nature of the trailer, things aren't looking good.

I mean, if we keep it one hundred, this is one of those movie to TV reboots that could'a worked with the original cast. It's not like Tucker and Chan are out here putting assess in cinema seats right now. It would probably do decent numbers and their chemistry and charm would elevate even C level writing to about a B/B+.

:yeshrug:

As a writer I could imagine having some fun with Tucker's :flabbynsick:-ness and the fact that Chan is older and can still handle himself. It could actually be pretty damn funny.

They got dude who acted as Jin from the Tekken movie as Lee. I seriously doubt he will have the physical comedy that Jackie Chan has but at least he's from a martial arts background.
