Exactly. Great points that get overlooked by TSC dikk riders who praise any bum who leaves the company and comes back. I’m not a Big E fan but he is 10 times the performer Rusev is. Rusev is a true C plus player that could become a B.
And to be honest, there's so much talent in the E that could be unlocked if McMahon wasn't holding them by the balls and force feeding them a script. Roman Reigns is someone I despise because of the way the E writes him. John Cena was another. They molded him after Hulk Hogan when his best version was in the attitude era when his move was called the FU and he would spit lyrics about calling Stephanie a slut.

Rusev is a diamond in the rough. In the right setting and without the Bulgarian brute gimmick, he could be gold. Ryback sucked and couldn't cut a promo for shyt. Rusev is legit funny when unscripted.

I agree with all of this, but I always liked this Ryback promo. It was one of the rare times the WWE actually allowed someone to be humanized and they used real-life events to help the story being told.

I agree. I mean, I feel like gimmicks shouldn't be forced. It should be fun and natural like the new day, The Rock or King Booker. If you're not doing a gimmick, be yourself. If you're gonna be a heel, relate to it so that it seems real.

A good heel would be Ziggler wearing a MAGA hat and attacking minorities backstage because then he would be being himself. He could say all lives matter and dump the rainbow colored wristband.

Another good gimmick would be Lashley playing a c00n because he would be naturally himself.

In this era, people can see what's real and what's fake and weed it out. That's the reason why Charlotte is hated because she's a cac that hurts wrestlers and secretly says the N word behind closed doors. She needs to be an open racist on the mic instead of supporting Naomi.

His thoughts on Lana kissing Bobby Lashley and being intimate in storyline:

“You know, my wife has so many bad name-calling because of the whole Bobby story. And this is a storyline, first and foremost, like, this is not real,” stated Rusev. “Second of all, they were like, ‘Well, how do you take it? She’s kissing him.’ Like, why don’t you ask her? I’m not the one kissing. Why don’t you ask him? He’s got a wife and kids!”

His thoughts on the RAW Wedding Segment:

“I think people bury that story but it was the highest-rated story of the whole year. The highest rated segment of the whole year! We killed every single appearance; live events were out of their minds. I was doing the run-ins, people were losing their s–t,” exclaimed Rusev. “That why I never understand when people were burying it. I understand you don’t like it, but it’s the highest-rated thing! In the live events people can care less with what’s going on. Bobby comes, he does his promo, I run in and the people lose their s–t! Like, I thought this was wrestling!”

His reaction to being released and keeping in touch with his friends in WWE:

“You have your friends that you text; I have quite a few friends. I don’t care what company they work for because they’re my friends and that’s why. I think it was the other day on Twitter, where I said something about Big E or whatever, and they’re like, ‘Why do you care?’ Because they’re my freaking friends! What do you mean!? Like Big E, I’ve known him since 2011. Do you think, all of a sudden, I’m just going to say I don’t care about that guy because I don’t work there? How does that make any sense,” asked Rusev.

On power lifting with Big E during their days in FCW:

“I love Big E. Big E is amazing. I remember me and him, at FCW, we used to go to his dad’s church on Sunday,” revealed Rusev. “Me and him were really close. We still are. I love Big E, man, he’s one of the nicest people. And working with him? A great human, an all-around stand-up guy.”

Why he thinks Kofi Kingston is his favorite WWE Champion of all-time:

“My all-time greatest world champion, my favorite is Kofi Kingston, by all means. The man did so much for the title and nobody saw it because, you know, ‘Oh Kofi, we’ve seen him for 15 years.’ The man destroyed everything on the way, became champion, and what did he do? He goes to freaking Africa,” said Rusev. “You take it to your hometown in Africa and you show these kids, ‘Hey kids, you can do the same thing. You can get out of here and you can achieve your dreams.’ Tell me who did more powerful statements than that?”

Rusev Reveals When He Knew He Was Done With WWE

Rusev was released from WWE on April 15th, and it seems like he’s okay with that. While he was in the hospital having shoulder surgery he realized that the powers-that-be in WWE never really cared about him.

The Ryback Show recently had Rusev on for a chat. Rusev, who now goes as Miro was quite candid as he spoke with his friend Ryback about WWE.

Miro heard about how some Superstars are treated during their recover. He received no such comfort as he was left in a hospital without even his wife WWE needed Lana to be at work.

After I had my shoulder surgery I heard about, you know, Hunter’s got all his boys and they’re texting every day. They’re best friends and after my shoulder surgery, after I give up my life for this freaking company, like not even one person reached out, you know what I mean. Not Vince, not Hunter, not Carrano, nobody was man enough to be like, ‘Hey bud, are you ok? Do you need anything? I know you’re in the hospital, you’re by yourself because your wife is at freaking work!'”

“I’m there laying by myself in the hospital and nobody cares man and then at the same time you’re like, ‘What am I doing?’ Like why am I giving everything I have and I understand it’s my dream, but gosh darn man. Thank God, I did enough for my investments, I don’t need to work there at all. My wife is happy. Good for her. I’m done. I am done.”

Miro seems much happier now. He isn’t with WWE now and is on Twitch practically every day hanging out with people on the stream. His pro wrestling career likely isn’t over, but he doesn’t seem too willing to give WWE another try.
