What are your thoughts on Ruggs?

Ruggs is a burner and he can blow the top off a defense. I question if he is a reach at 13 but I don't think he is an insane reach for the value and he would be the fastest receiver on the team if drafted, he'd basically our own personal Tyreke Hill. I do like Jeudy and Lamb better but I am also not sure I want to give up #31 to move up to the 8 or 9 spot it would take to get the other two before Oakland.
My thought process is we need to be able to score an average of 31 points a game. It's crazy but I feel like if we do make it back to the Super Bowl it's basically KC and everyone else.

We've all basically gave up on him so if he gives us 70% of the surprise Armastead gave us (in terms of perfomance), that would be very much welcomed
