I've been saying, Jimmy's biggest problem is his lack of mobility. Having no wheels makes things much more difficult for a QB in the modern game, just look at all the good QBs in the league now. Jimmy better spend this offseason doing wind sprints

His lack of mobility is because he’s scared to run not because he isn’t able. He’s hesitant because the torn acl came on a run. I forget which quarter it was yesterday but after a 3 and out, Kyle was pleading to him that he needs to run when the shyt is wide open. I think the injury definitely gave him the yips when it came to running, but he also doesn't have particularly good speed and mobility otherwise. He overcomes that with his incredibly quick release, but when throwing lanes are taken away or he can't process the play quickly, he panics. I think spending this offseason getting further immersed in Shanahan's system could do him some good. He has the tools.

can't believe we blew that. i thought kyle would have learned from being the falcons OC but he still has that dumb habit of not wanting to run the ball with a lead. just straight up awful.
and jimmy g is so average. sucks we are tied to him for a couple more years because i think the 9ers should be able to get a better QB while their SB window is open now.

I think McKinnon stays on the team but strictly for financial reasons. If we cut him this year that's $4 million in dead money with a cap savings of $4.5 million. If they wait until 2021 the call hit is $2 million and the savings go up to $7.2 million. They'll most likely get him to restructure his deal.
I'm not sure what they're going to do with Breida. He barley got any snaps during the end of the season/playoffs. He's a RFA but I think they'll let him walk.

I still would if possible would love to see another year with THIS defense sans one or 2 more pieces like someone other than Ward.

Now, he is a interception machine. But Jimmy has 13 ints without slinging it anywhere close to the way that Jameis was . I think this coaching staff could help Jameis improve
we don't have the money for Arik, Kittle, and DBuck cap wise though.
only 21 million available now and Arik gonna get at least 10 mill in free agency. Kittle gonna take 12/13 of that 21 off the top.

Jameis has elite arm talent but we already bytch about how much Jimmy turns over the ball (and that is a little exagerrated), we can't win with a guy who throws the ball with such reckless abandon. With that said we have a running game and defense more or less ready made
