Fools? A large part of the reason we’re 1-3 is because we don’t have a real 4 or backup 5. This roster is not winning a chip as presently constructed unless we get a real 4 and hope Lowry improves. We might as well play the rook and hope he can help in the playoffs.

Jovic is no ordinary rookie. He already has experience playing grown men. And he’s definitely a better option over Highsmith and Dedmon. Not sure if you’ve been watching these past 4 games but Dedmon has been very very very bad and we’re not getting much from Highsmith. Yurt is out still with an injury. We’ve seen enough of Duncan at the 4 already. Martin seems better as an energy guy off the bench playing the three as he’s a bit too small and I don’t think is the best replacement for PJ. Only guy left to try out is Jovic unless they want to trade for someone right now which doesn’t seem like it’s happening anytime soon. We’re not just mindlessly calling for the rookie like people calling for Skylar Thompson for the dolphins. The rook looks like he is ready to contribute right away. There’s literally no reason to stash him away on the bench.

What no. I gave up on him and started calling him Bustise before he got traded lol. 30/10/10 in what world.
Doggy I’m well aware of Jovic’s abilities and his need to develop. But we are 4 FREACKING GAMES INTO THE fukkING SEASON.

Some Heat fans are notorious for being on rookie bandwagons and over criticizing the coaching staff for not playing rookies. And don’t get me wrong if a vet is in a slump for a few games I’m fine with giving rookies a few minutes here and there to get their feet wet. I was the one in here 7 years ago pushing for Josh to get more minutes midway through the season after Tyler Johnson got off to his hot start and went on that slump. Vets , like rookies, can be in a slump or face a few tough matchups where they look bad. It happens . But please spare me the nonsense in game 5 of the ducking regular season.

It could have been minute 1 of game 1 of 82. I don’t care lol. Throw him in and give him his experience. He’ll live and the Heat will manage. I’m not asking for them to bring Dru Smith or even Cain. The man fits a position of need. If he gets 3 minutes or 5 or 10 I’m happy. Who knows he may even be able to actually help contribute a bit come playoff time.

The solid few minutes that Jovic gave us today were alright no? What is the point of waiting until game 40 for him to play those minutes. To let Highsmith and Dedmon eat those minutes up for…?. What’s nonsense is playing Highsmith and Dedmon over Jovic.

Dedmon been in a slump all 5 games so far. Jovic finally came in and the Heat took off because he gives the Heat much needed spacing

Honestly he’s been in a slump since the end of last season and was not playable in the ECF
:francis: He was an excellent pickup that first season though and was one of the few bright spots in the Milwaukee series…

Jovic makes such a difference but Caleb Martin was the player of the game

great road win, hopefully Lowry keeps it up
I'm saying, cause since the trade I've been feelin like Riles made a mistake trading for an aging Lowry, shipping off Precious. He's still quite raw but you see him slowly morphing into the PF we actually need RIGHT NOW next to Bam. When Lowry kicks the dust and Precious turns into Myles Turner 2.0 shooting respectably from the 3, shyt gonna burn even more.

Bright side is Jovic looks like a stud and
will be a major cog next to Bam/Herro for the future. When he bulks up, he's gonna be problem. You can plug him at the 1-4, it won't matter.
