I think we are discussing two point of views. We both know COD wasn't on the service. What I am telling you is that with the recent acquisitions by Microsoft. Microsoft has eliminated the possibility of many 3rd party developers doing exclusives deals or even being on Spartacus only. Those other developers are also on Gamepass which is a better service than what Sony will be offering. The service is dead on arrival. You can't compete with day 1 releases game discounts etc...

There’s still a market for people who want exclusive PS games u can’t get on MS. GOW, Horizon, Spiderman, Wolverine, Last Of Us, Gran Turismo, GOT, Death Stranding, Final Fantasy and whatever other exclusive PS game comes out. Not to mention all the dope PS2 HUGE library of games to choose from. PS3 and PS1 icing on the cake. They already have shyt like RDR 2 on PS Now. I can see them adding shyt like that to their service as well. People cop a PS5 for their exclusives and their service would make it easier to access those. It’s all in what u value in gaming. Not everyone has a fukking Xbox or even wants one.

Bro I am not denying that but those games 95 percent of them are single player games. Those titles are not good for a subscription base method that Sony is trying to copy. Bro you and I both know once we beat Last of Us etc... We are not touching that shyt ever again. Sony need to diversify their products man to the previous PS2 days. Where are the shooters, RPGs, kid games, platformers, etc... They lost their way trying to make video games premier movie experiences that they forgot the other games that made them successful.

They are spending 300 million plus to develop single player games that last 10 to 20 hours and those games were not the reason of their success. Most PS gamers buy multi-plats. Sony exclusives don't sell compared to units of system sold. shyt is a bad investment. They relied on third party games to bring people into the ecosystem for their 3-to-4-year development titles.

PS4 sold over 100 million titles and Last of Us last time I checked barely scratch 7 million copies sold last year.

It’s not all the way true either. Look at Nintendo. They don’t give a fukk how long u complain they don’t care. And MS wasn’t always like that either. Them being on the losing end of the console wars make them comply and follow what customers say but they wasn’t always like that either. People complained about the paywall to Netflix for years but they didn’t change shyt until people really started comparing them to the competition. People complain about Sony shyt all the time. People still complaining about VRR support n shyt like that. It’s just that Sony hasn’t really done something OD like try to double prices or some dumb shyt for people to call them out en masse. Not at all. 35% of the top 20 titles sold on the ps4 has disappeared. Sony sees that, Capcom, Square Enix, From Software and others see it as well. Microsoft hasn't said that they were stopping now, have they? These companies don't want to potentially be left on an island. It's not so much about yesterday's events. It's that they've finally shown appetite to use the by any means necessary methods of accomplishment of goals. Xbox is still the name but Microsoft as a whole entered the gaming yesterday. That's the difference.

FF7 not being on the n64 hurt like hell. N64 still moved units but was a distant second. To lose both Bethesda and Actiblizzard and pretend it's business as usual is something that I can't subscribe to.

They are asking the White House about it to see if it’s even legal to do. Which has nothing to do with nothing. N64 didnt do as well because of multiple things. For one. They came out after PSX. Number 2. Nintendo’s dumb asses went cartridge instead of disc. Which gave them worse ports that costs more money for the consumer. For instance. PSX games would be 39.99 and the N64 game would be 69.99 and run worse than the PlayStation port. Worse audio. No FMV sequences etc etc.

He saying that Tiny Tina game that's free this month is a DLC for Borderlands 2 that was included in the Handsome Jack collection that at one time was a PS+ included game. They did carve out a section of Godfall and make it a PS+ game so I wouldn't be surprised.
