Roy still seems healthy but it wont stay that way for long if he keeps climbing in the ring. Eventually someone is going to knock him out and some brain damage is going to be done. At this point they should ban him from boxing for his own good.
Roy Jones Jr. Ponders "Five Fight" Retirement Tour
By TMZ Sports
47-year-old former four division world champion Roy Jones Jr. says he's finally ready to hang 'em up ... but he wants to go out by flooring 5 more fighters.
The boxing legend tells TMZ Sports he was inspired by the way Kobe Bryant called it quits this year -- and says he'd really like a farewell tour of his own.
In fact, RJJ says he wants to line up 5 more fights before the end of the year ... but he wants to take on guys he KNOWS he can beat.
"Five guys you should be able to deal with and call it a day."
Roy says nothing's in stone yet ... but he's definitely considering it.
First up for Jones (63-9, 46 KOs) is a planned return on August 13 at the Pensacola Bay Center in his hometown of Pensacola, Florida. Jones shouldn't have any problems Rodney Moore (17-11-2, 7 KOs), 40-years-old and loser of his last nine fights.
Jones was brutally knocked out last December by Enzo Maccarinelli and then came back in March to score a two round knockout over Vyron Phillips, who was a fan that won a contest.
Remember when people used to say how smart Roy was?
Should of retired after Ruiz or Tarver 1. Once he shredded that muscle to go back down to LHW he was done and it was a wrap. RJJ after Ruiz was a shell of himself.
You ever just not know what to say?
Roy Jones Jr. Tears Right Bicep, Admits Career Could Be Over

Former four division world champion Roy Jones Jr. (64-9, 46 KOs) suffered a serious injury during his lopsided ten round unanimous decision win over journeyman Rodney Moore (17-12-2, 7 KOs). There wasn't much action with Jones boxing his way to victory. All three judges saw it 100-90.
More than 5,000 fans packed the Pensacola Bay Center in Pensacola, Florida to cheer on their local hero.
Many of Jones' friends and family, sitting at ringside, were wondering why the future Hall of Famer was unable to stop a boxer who lost his last nine fights and hasn't picked up a win since 2002.
Everyone in the arena was unaware that Jones suffered a right bicep tear in the fifth round and basically fought the rest of the way with one hand.
At 47-years-old, an extended recovery period for the injured bicep could spell the end for Jones' boxing career - and he admits that could very well be the case.
"It may have been the last one," said Jones to the Pensacola Journal. "And I'm not mad if it is, because I had a great time. Everybody in Pensacola got to see Roy fight one more time. I knew it might be close to the end."
"We'll just have to see how long this takes (to heal). It was the best condition I've been in a long time. I felt strong the whole time. Thank God it was the right hand, because I could use the left hand triple time. Because you use it for your jab and that's the point-getter, If it's the left hand, now you've got problems. Because you have bring your shoulder from way back here and makes it harder for you to get back (and leaves a boxer exposed to a counter punch)."
This was the second win for Jones since getting knocked out cold last December in Russia by former WBO cruiserweight champion Enzo Maccarinelli.
geez roy looked terrible and he tore his right bicep against dude to boot
