i live a 5 minute walk from the Queensbridge. its amazing to think the amount of talent and rap royalty that came from there.

From what I've been told, Queens is the most middle-class borough in the city. And is also diverse as hell. So you had hood dudes that were around educated working, middle class folk from everywhere. Lots of cultures. Which sparked better beats and rhymes. That's my theory
