Yep, When you treat every beat like this is the first time people have heard my sound, things will just connect from there.

I think the real test is making some shyt that decidely sounds like "you" made it. Like I've tried a million times to make a trap beat lol. it just doesn't mesh with me eith the ones you would usually construct. So put a reverb heavy lead on it first since I love having a wall of sound and shyt fell into place from there. And if someone were to hear it on my SC they would def go "yeah that sound like some shyt he would make, nikkas prolly still can't rap on it though " but yeah I fukk with a lot influences but my comfort is definitely over powering samples and mixing. Like I don't know too many spitters that can even come with the energy to rap over my stuff lol.

I try to make new shyt for the tourney honestly. I could just up some older shyt that fits the mold but I personally thinks its more challenging making some new shyt on the spot with a theme in mind

I have no plans for the tournament. As far as i'm concerned that's 8 weeks away and we are only in week 1 of the regular season. I might not even be around for the tournament. I'm just going to produce music and enjoy what I'm doing.
