When this match up was announced, I said Rod was going to come with some creative type shyt and that he had a chance for the upset, but I figured producing fire would do some groundbreaking creative shyt to counter that. Instead he comes thru with a dope sample flip that prolly didn't push the boundaries enough to dominate this battle. Although it's still early, shyt's real close.

I like to see everything that's out there. up and coming and everything, and by no means am I finished in my development as a producer/beatmaker. If winning a few battles, or signing a deal was the goal, then I would be aiming way to low. Despite what you might think I get a lot out of every experience and I'm learning and evolving everyday. I'm just someone who loves hip hop and music as a whole. If you want to dig out everything I've produced or what I've done be my guest. I don't just plan on competing in battles here, I want to help this whole forum. Because there are a lot of talented cats here and when I battle, I don't just battle them I battle their potential. Besides the point, over the next few months this forum is going to go through some major sound changes in a good way I expect you to be there watching; listening rather.

Really tough one this both tracks real dope to me. I'm gonna go with BigRod, at the end of the day I just vibed and tapped into the zone with it quicker.
Both tracks dope though. Gutted I couldn't invest the time to be part of this tournament as listening to all these joints is motivational.

Probably not but he definitely did downgrade the beats. I just thought he would go in with more recent stuff. I want to see that this guy have to struggle at his best. I mean If we break this down, How could he win all the battles by such a close margin when he could just as well throw something up that's better than the stuff he's putting up? Since We've established the right guy, we could be hearing nothing but his early stuff for a while.
