I generally make up my mind whether or not I want to see something based on:
1. The trailer
2. Information about the movie beforehand
I don't really consult RT or any other review source before going to see something because I generally don't care what they think.
I think it's interesting to see what they say about a movie but I don't use it as a guide.
shyt most of us knew what the last Star Wars was gonna be because the spoilers leaked, but I went to see it anyways
I knew nothing about "Uncut Gems" other than Adam Sandler starring in it, and Kevin Garnett making an appearance in it...but I went to see it Friday night and enjoyed the fukk out of it
I definitely didn't look at any reviews for Captain Marvel beforehand and had no interest in them because for one thing, I don't trust any film critics views on action movies or comic book movies because most of those people are either pretentious as fukk and can't accept the idea of suspension of disbelief, OR they just don't "get" comic books.
Also from the get go, I peeped that they were gonna make CM a SJW vehicle, which makes my skin crawl in these days and times because 90% of the time, the shyt is forced as fukk and corny.
