My only issue with this is that I'm tired of Fox making dark skinned Latino characters lighter in the movies.
They're doing the same thing with Sunspot even though part of his origin was about him being harassed because he was dark skinned.

The issue is that outside of Sin City she hasn't been in a good comic book movie.
