I have a problem with them remaking Roots. I also have a problem with anyone that hasn't seen Roots though. It'll never be as epic as the OG; never that cast again.

I have no problem showing different films but I hope its not like those projects like color of purple having a underlining message about black males. Most of these slave films if not all white people behind the curtains banking of these projects

If the main films we're getting with a full cast of black people is slave movies(not the rebellions ones we should be proud of) thats sus
