I will say Sam didn’t receive white privilege but did get another chance to start on another team and he failed.

Sam is broken. Some of the worst college coaching at SC then follows that up with the disaster at the Jets. Hopefully he can cash checks for 10 years as a backup

I think that's where the white privilege will come in for Sam. He will get back up positions and that's it. He also isn't good after his first read is gone.

People really underestimate what a new coach and a new system does to players, especially qbs
And they was all drafted to mediocre to potentially terrible situations, mac Jones has the best support system
But deep down I knew this was going to happen, if fields didn’t play like Herbert the front office was going to use that as a reason to draft another qb, he just got the short end of the stick being drafted by the bears who were desperate

Yeah something is off. O line, receivers, and OC. . Fields does need to improve though holding the ball to long the rare opportunities his line blocks for him. He did that also at OSU.

I wouldn't at all argue that he's been good, because he hasn't

But, I would say you can make an argument that he still has potential. The things he's bad at are things you can improve at with time, and his strengths are things that ppl can't really just develop


Not saying he'll put it all together, but it's too early to say he's just gonna stink no matter what going forward
