from a long term standpoint of course signing to death row wasnt a good look because 2pac got killed..but i honestly think 2pac wanted to die :ld: theres an interview where he talks about how he wanted to die, but that he wanted to find somebody to do it for him.....this n1gga really said that. so as far as his death being an L, its debatable...if u really think about it and put urself in his shoes...:patrice:...no normal person wants to get murked,..but 2pac was a crazy azz n1gga. he talked about wanting to commit that when he was young anyway, so imagine him being a rap superstar at 25, having just done sold 5+ milli, and being the center of attention...he knew from a career standpoint it prolly couldnt get much better...and he felt pressure...when people are entertainers..and they hit it real big..this is how they think...when they really become somebody, they think..all i could do is fukk sh1t up. and some of them get scared and even walk away..:ufdup:now..u take a n1gga like 2pac..who called himself the rap James Dean...who i guess was suicidal all the time from the jump...plus had mad legal probs...all that made him completely reckless by the time he popped Orlando Anderson...he was lookin at possibly getting shot and killed as an interestin move...:mjpls:....he knew going out in a blaze would cement his current status forever, and even move him up a notch...im not sayin this sh1t is logical...or nothin like that...but it is what it is..:jawalrus:

Here's an interesting thing about the signing according to the books I read

Suge wasn't even a Pac fan like that when he signed him. It wasn't until he signed him, saw his work ethic, & the quality of music that he was making that he became a huge fan. It was refreshing having Pac around because he would stay in the studio & have multiple songs done. At the time, deathrow was accustomed to Andre's approach in which we know how Andre works. He definitely became Suge's favorite

I am a physiotherapist, and I have work in hospitals, nursing homes, retirement homes and I visit old people in their homes....

Growing old is OVERRATED...

80% of my clients are senior citizens...It's damn shame watching what happens to the human body as we age...
If I was a Legend like 2Pac, I wouldn't mind going early...

What if you get Alzheimers and you FORGET your self, family and everything that you have EVER accomplished, where is the glory in that...?

2Pac lived thanks to Death Row...He said it himself, prison was crushing is soul, he couldn't write a single verse, and he wanted out...

Plus, even if 2Pac refused Suge's offer, and chose to rot in jail for another 3 to 5 years, there is no guarantee that he would have lived passed 25...

The people who were trying to "discipline" him were is still alive...I am sure they had connections in jail...

Suge offered him resources that he needed at the time...The Death Row move was a win-win situation...
