Its funny that you dudes are all shocked by Romney's pivot to the middle. In Repub primaries the candidate that wins has to present himself as some sort of hardline elusional arch-conservative but that shyt won't win a general election. Its the same thing that Obama did in the Dem primary by setting himself as being far more liberal than he actually was but then making a beeline to the middle once he got the nomination from Hillary.
Extremists win primaries, moderates win general elections. That is US politics.

Well you could assume that the Romney camp timed it to coincide with the moment in the campaign when the electorate actually began to pay attention. So all that a majority of the voters see is this Romney and msot of them aren't going to take the time or initiative to go back and research all the many different positions Mitt has held over the past year.

I've said this several times. He's the 8th grade candidate for class president and he's promising all day recess, no homework and teacher paddlin' day and people are like, "yeah we NEED that".

In no possible reality can Mitt deliver on 1/2 of the things he wants without completely fukin this country over.
