This is it right here. If you have a heel champ you need a Babyface rising through the ranks that can eventually run a main event program with him. They don't have anyone on either show that they have built up like that. I'm sure this is the reason that Vince blew up NXT. He should have the next batch of stars to push but wasn't happy with any of the call ups.
