I mean WWE is a completely different ball game, so there experience in the indys could mean nothing to there WWE career and how good they are in the E.
But more often than not it means they get over organically with the crowd through ring work

Except as I said, Punk and Danielson have made their careers by pulling shyt from what they did on the indies. Punk in particular pretty much recycled everything he did from 2003-2006. Experience isn't a bad thing, at all. Danielson though essentially the same in the ring has done more character stuff as he was a heelish/tweener character at his peak on the indies.

Rollins and Ambrose both come off as more competent than Reigns because.....experience. They already have an idea of what works for them, whereas Roman is still at that stage of throwing shyt at the wall and seeing what sticks.

Look at Rollins last night. He pulled out a Phoenix Splash at an ideal time in that match to blow the shyt out of the water. Why? He's been using that move in special occasions for almost a decade.

There is absolutely zero negative to working the indies before making the WWE.

And the "different ball game" thing isn't even true anymore when you have 1) Former indy guys at the top of the WWE card, and 2) traditional WWE guys like Cena busting out fukking Michinoku Drivers to keep up with them :heh:

And not the ring work, mic work, too. On the indies there's no one writing fukking scripts for you. You're in a piss stained hall way of some tiny building in front of a dude with a handheld camera and you have to be compelling with whatever you come up with on your own. And indy crowds will absolutely debacle an in-ring promo and make you look like an idiot if you don't learn how to control a live audience. Even DBry who no one is in a rush to call charismatic absolutely nails his promos most of the time and can get a crowd to react how he wants to.

It's just experience. And usually experience in hostile situations.

Why do these dudes who don't watch the indies think its some circlejerk where the fans love and praise everything blindly. Those same people shytting on WWE shows every once in a while are burying dudes every weekend on the circuit.

Ultimate Pro Wrestling, but I wouldn't call it tiny. They scouted talent for the WWE. Daniels and Kazarian also wrestled there as did Victoria and Joey Ryan, plus others who's names I'm not recalling. But no it wasn't really tiny as far as indies go, or at least it wasn't in terms of significance.

I'll say it again the thing alot of indy guys have that people brought up strictly through development don't is a fan base and a loyal one at that. People knew they were competent because alot of folks on the internet told them that Dean Ambrose is an amazing charismatic "syco" wrestler and Rollins is an amazing technical and high flying wrestler with a lot of layers.

Punk has always been a charismatic guy and people knew from the get go that he could be a top guy in the WWE if he was given good material he's the type of wrestler that could go anywhere and be great.

Daniel Bryan had a huge following beforehand who supported him through NXT and when he got fired. He had the luck to get a chant that's easy and simple to do plus it could be used anywhere. I can't forget him becoming popular because people hated the fact that the indy guys weren't being pushed and they needed to see guy's who looked more like them rather then those who look like there on steds and give Vince a heart attack everytime he sees them which has actually been said by multiple fans.

Those are the key factors in there rise to popularity, yes experience helped and I never said it was a bad thing like your assuming, but with that experience comes a legion of beta fakkits who think there right all the time and hate anyone who didn't come from the indys.

He looked really flustered and hurt out there, too.
Body language was also telling on him.
Cena had a much better poker face.

I thought I was the only one who noticed. I think that's partially why I felt bad for the kiddo, he looked genuinely hurt out there like, "Damn, ya'll feel that way about me?!" Even Dwayne was kind of unprepared for that response because that expression on his face was very telling. You can tell Roman got his feelings hurt a little. It's not his fault though.

Looks like Roman might need to have a talk with Cena on how to deal with crowds like that and put on a poker facee regardless.

This can be said about every wrestler.

Orton is a good wrestler, I don't care for him but to say he is bad/unpolished like Roman said is hating imo
the thing is you are judging him by todays standards (which is sorry) i am judging him by yesterdays, its not hating if its true :mjpls:

Philly is brutal.
Same crowd that had Kobe holding back tears during his All Star MVP reception in '01 or '02 IIRC and he was from Philly. Booed him out of the building.
I don't know how people didn't see this coming. I know Vince did, which is why he called Rock in the first place.
Rome is definitely headed towards X-Pac heat if they continue to try and stick it to the fans and force him as a face.
I'm not totally against giving him his Mania match and winning the belt, but if they send him into WM as a face and he leaves as one, he's done.
Brock is going to be getting face reactions from now until WM since Rome won the Rumble.
Turn him heel, put Heyman in his corner at WM as his mouthpiece, and allow Reigns to lash out at the fans and it'll feel a lot more organic, because he's definitely visibly bothered.
This isn't heat that's just going to go away but they can still save the guy and hotshot the belt on him if they act.
