i'm wrestling ignorant so explain something to me. how are champions decided? is it not like other sports where its merit based? if it's someone picking who they think would make an appealing champ and draw in the most consumers then what's the appeal to you all as minority fans? obviously the powers than be are gonna desire a pinkish shade of human and then go down the color spectrum from there. some pro sports owners would love it if they could field a team of just white players, but their sports are merit based and the cream rises to the top.

Yep the wrasslin business is a predominately run by white ppl and marketed towards white ppl. Historically minorities have been caricatures or buffoons. There have been strides but its disheartening that black wrestlers haven’t broken the glass ceiling completely yet. And its one of the reasons I stopped watching.
