BUT Majors hasn’t been exonerated yet and the trial is still set for August.
The big development this week was that Majors provided evidence that led to probable cause for his accuser herself to be arrested. The evidence included the cab driver (whose willing to testify) stating that the woman was the physical aggressor that night and that Majors was actually fleeing FROM her. The accuser also charged several thousand dollars of alcohol to Majors credit card whilst out partying after the alleged physical confrontation occurred (Majors was at his apartment and was nowhere in the vicinity) and during this time sent him THIRTY TWO text messages of which he did not reply until sending her a breakup message that led to her further blowing up his phone until finally sending a suicide text.

No, this article says HIS LAWYER is ALLEGING that there's probable cause based on the "evidence" she claims she submitted. That means nothing. Frankly, this was just more spin from his lawyer, and it seems to have worked with the masses.

The concept of ‘emotionally abusive’ scares the hell out of me bc what on earth does that even mean. This legit reads like ‘he was a meanie weanie’. How tf can you criminalize being an a$$hole
1- call someone on their BS and demand that they improve or
2- Walk away because they know they will find someone better
Emotional abuse works on those who are mentally/emotionally weaker, people who don’t have healthy boundaries, people who are (very) insecure, those who are not emotionally mature (children, those who are mentally impaired), etc.
When I bump into that kinda guy I don’t fuss with him. I get real chill and continue looking him dead in the eyes until he realizes that I know what he is doing and I’m unfazed. They usually fall back after that because they realize I’m not a doormat, and I can dismiss their behavior while still being a lady. Then I never communicate with them again.
Some women get scared of men who are like that and decide to walk on eggshells to keep them.
Now, I’m not saying his other accusers are telling the truth
I’m just saying- he could be an a$$hole and now they feel comfortable sharing their stories, or they might be exaggerating because this is their way of getting back at him for some reason.

Why can’t we believe he might be, but in all things that get legal, it’s winning in the court of public opinion, what you can prove/disprove in court, and what actually happened
