Meant to post this a while ago. All the answers to our questions are in the video. I’ll give you the cliffs but i think it’s worth a watch.
Play design is bad at times.
Goff’s decision making is shakey even when they draw it up right
Goffs footwork gets him in trouble
I think this offense is much better next year if they bring in a veteran pass game coordinator but it will continue to be limited to Goffs ability to see the field.
Also, we have to stop shytting on these receivers. They aren’t CJ but they aren’t as bad as people make them out to be. With a better QB and pass game coordinator we’d be talking about how all these guys were slept on and how Holmes found some gems. The TE coach/ passing game coordinator cannot be the guy drawing up schemes next year. If Campbell wants to call plays, fine. But the run game coordinator needs to call a run play and the pass game coordinator needs to call a pass play and Campbell an decide which play to choose. Anything involving Campbell calling plays that doesn’t look something like that and we’re fukked next year.

Naw the wr core is pretty terrible. They’ve been better since they signed Reynolds and Goff is finally forming some chemistry with Amon-Ra. But WR needs to be #1 priority in offseason. They have to get a number 1 Wr and hopefully a number 2 in draft. Offense isn’t far away even with Goff a QB. With strong run game the Rams showed you can go far with Goff at QB. They definitely need to bring in some competition but pretty sure Goff will be QB next year regardless

Clear cut decision…as of now. Could change but I just don’t see Hutchinson passing him.
I agree we need to bring in a number one but these guys are average. And with Goff guaranteed to be back everyone will look a tier worse unless there specialty is short shallow routes and they can rac.
So, after the first series the wr’s were open every play. Even the sack Goff took instead of throwing to someone open or throwing it away.
On the second drive one of our “trash” wr’s got wide open and scored.

The lions as bad as they been. A few breaks and missed FGs would be in playoff contention. The lions should be 6-7 or 7-6

Hutchisons rise has a lot of recency bias to it.
Thibodaux has been pegged as the #1 all season, and played like it.
