Campbell/Holmes will be given benefit of doubt no matter the lions record but no way can go into next season with Goff as clear starter. Lions have to pick a qb high

Goff threw it out of bounds on 4th down twice in 3 weeks

Bad hiring. Bad qb choice. There were better options for both :manny:

Robert Saleh was from the area and was right there but they decided on Campbell and made a mockery of the Rooney Rule (again), and leaked bullshyt about him along the way. Id say they deserve what happened but they have Detroit on their name

Worse era of Michigan sports in my lifetime

They should honestly start listening to offers for Decker and just keep Sewell at LT. pretty sure there’s some playoff contending team that could desperately use him. Lions could have 3 first in next draft

This is definitely rock bottom. I watch EVERY Lions game that hasn’t been blacked out going back to Rodney Peete and this is the worst and least competitive we’ve ever been. There has to be some kind of standards that need to be reach in every job. I’m done with Campbell & Goff
You already forget 2008? :gucci:

You forget they were 4-37 for a stretch between 2007-2009? :gucci:

Does this roster even have five guys who would get regular playing time anywhere else in the league? Off top, I could only see Swift, Williams, Hock, Jacobs and Walker getting regular reps on another team.

Why are you guys acting surprised when the front office already said they're doing a complete tear down and rebuild? It's not supposed to be fun. No coach is coming in here and waving a magic wand.

Who’s the cat who said he was tired of Jim Caldwells mediocrity?
:francis:
That had to be one of the worst performances I’ve ever witnessed.

With the talent level the Lions have now this is for the best. It had to get worse before it got better. Those Caldwell teams went as far as they could. Good enough to stumble into the playoffs at best.

Lions just need assets at this point. If Sewell is future left tackle keep him there. Decker could net you a couple starters for future. RT isn’t necessarily the hardest position to fill
Decker's 28 and in his prime. Do you think they'd get multiple firsts for him? You really want to create even more holes on this team that need to be filled?
