it's not my fault that the free market only works for special and talented individuals. you clearly are not one of those people. fall in line, sambo, and continue being broke.

I'm real mad, breh. Absolutely fuming. :troll:

Wish I knew how to work a buffer. :whew: You got it on lock. Props :salute:

But 1) he has history on his side for his position 2) that is just one of the things he has said it's not his central position

It's disturbing that black people would latch into that point and try to argue about it

1. No. In his version of history he doesn't respect his own existence or the existence of the leader he desperately wants to tie himself to.

2. It's one of his(and others) most vehement positions. It's seemingly the most talked about issue here by those who purport to be "pro-black"

I agree it shouldn't be such a point of contention, but both sides make it that way. It's kinda like christians trying to make gay marriage some overreaching societal issue, instead of saying they don't like gay people.

Y'all should just say you don't like white people instead of trying to dictate what other people do or how they feel.

1. you are just babbling on this point, he explained his position well

2. his most vehement position is that schools are destroying black kids, he was asked about IR and he answered the question and people made a big deal about it.

one of the most important points he made is that marriage is not just about love, marriage is a political and economic union, most people beefing with him refuse to acknowledge because it forces the real question which is, is it a good idea to form a political and economic union with your oppressor?

this focus on "love" and "feelings" in discussing IR is a sign of the weakness of a lot of black people and a misunderstanding of how the world works

1. No. I made a clear succinct point. Which you've now squirmed away from presumably due to your original point being too weak for you to stand on.

2. He spends more time talking about who's marrying who, and whatever other social doctrine he wants black people to follow, than he does talking about his own school. Presumably because he's full of shyt.

As for the bolded yes. Strategically a lot of social and economic power can be gained through ir marriage.

Beyond any of that, what good is fighting to break free of oppression if you can't even be free to love?

Seems you want black folks to trade one form of oppression, for your own brand.

Problem with this is that I feel like this it kind of dwells on the old religious perspective of marriage where you get married to someone because it was tradition and regardless of whether you had a foundation of loving or actually liking that person. You gonna stick it out with someone you barely even like for the rest of your life just to keep that foundation together? I feel him about dating within your own people and creating a community based on that but I just feel that life is way more complex than that and there's a lot that people can connect on outside of socio-economic status. I don't think every dude who marries a white woman does so cuz he looks at her as a prize although many do. Ususally dudes that usually date white people have that self-conscious issue but their's a lot of people who date within their own race and wind up dating somone outside of their race cuz they just vibe with them better.

Black Democrats are just as dangerous, stupid, c00nish and misguided as Black Republicans.

This. I came to the conclusion liberal/Democrat c00ns WAY MORE dangerous than Conservative/Republican c00ns.

Conservative/Republican c00ns are the enemy on the outside, you can see their bullshyt miles away. They have difficulty infiltrating black circles.

Liberal/Democrat c00ns are 10x worse. They are the enemy within. They use liberal tactics to disarm and neutralize black people, for the purpose of securing votes and their position. No progress is ever made, but remember keep voting for us because there is no other option.

Roland Martin is literally a fukking agent, but since he play for the left, it's ok. Not even Foxnews engages in such ambush style debates.

And Umar still handled their assed. :mjlol:

Y'all should just say you don't like white people instead of trying to dictate what other people do or how they feel.

Essentially that was the point of my long winded analysis of his position on the first page:
:heh: I mean, seriously, anyone defending this cat clearly doesn't know a single person with a doctorate.

shyt, even if you follow politics a little, you understand that anyone with a doctorate is questioned about their dissertation. You can lose elections and government appointments over what you write in your dissertation.

Secondly, the obstacles he sets up to describe a real black man and a white man are quite ridiculous:
- Black men who fight to break the chains of systematic oppression are judged as individuals. Once they marry or procreate white, they lose the right to argue that they've fought systematic oppression. They've lost his respect.
- White men however, who fight to break the chains of systematic oppression ARE JUDGED by their ability and efforts to break the chains of systematic oppression. Notice, even though he never establishes the same critique of a white man who lays with a white woman, as he does with a black man who lays with a white woman. If black men lose respect for sleeping with white woman, the same rule should apply to white men. So why are you giving the white man an out and not explicitly stating they can never be partners in the struggle (notice I never said equals).

Which leads to my next point:
- White's are judged as systems, but what defines the system aren't white groups that funded the naacp, or white groups that funded the civil rights movement, or white groups that pushed for black rights bills since 1776. When it comes to whites, the system IS the whole. There is no benchmark for individual contribution. No group, no segment of the population that contributes positively for black rights is allowed to be distinguished from the whole.

:laff: nikka so who do you respect? You? fukk out of here. You still haven't shown us receipts for the money you pocketed.

Stop accepting these black colored men who lie to you and play with your sensibilities through the exhaustive use of the word black as an adjective or adverb.

Whether you work for or against the struggle, the single deal breaker for Umar is sex and procreation with a white woman. So just come out and say white women are evil and laying with one is the most degrading thing you can do for the evolution of black people. JUST SAY IT.

People like @theworldismine13 keep pointing out that liberals constantly bring it up and it's because we like to see you and Umar hang yourself with your own words. We're just giving you the rope every time we ask you to define your position. Y'all are constantly going to run away from saying white people are the devil and their skin color makes their works inconsequential. You guys won't stand by your thoughts and just say. So, we make y'all go through these rhetorical exercises so we can laugh.

Just remember a guy that stole 700k from black people said he doesn't respect Harry Bellafonte because his penis entered a white woman.

I think stealing money from black people is worse than not having a baby by a black person. You guys sound like pro-life activists: the only thing that matters is the baby.

i dont think Umar's position is realistic, i think IR will increase no matter what anybody says or does, for several different reasons

one of those reasons is related to black people being a minority surrounded by white people and a popular view of marriage being about love but IMO one of the reasons for an increase in IR is because of lack of knowledge and lack of awareness among black people

tariq said, and i agree, he is not the p*ssy patrol or dikk police, but what is important is to be aware that just because somebody has sex with you, has kids with you or marries you, it doesnt mean they stop being a white supremacist and marriage is political and economic union, now if somebody is fully aware of those things and they feel IR is the right choice then im not gonna go Umar on them, but personally i think black people are not fully aware of the economic and political ramifications of IR and its good for Umar to explain it

second thing regardless of my personal opinion, i will not beef with Umar about the issue or take him to task on it on national TV, because there is nothing wrong with what he is saying, anything beyond respectfully disagreeing with him on the issue is c00ning
