To those saying "he wasn't calling them racist when he had a job" Well that was the point. He took the job to prove himself and not only did he prove himself be proved that he deserved a larger role, maybe even his own show. How was rewarded for all his hard work? He was getting good ratings. He is getting good ratings on tvone. Ratings aren't the problem. I don't know what he would have said if he was still working there but that has nothing to do with the validity of his claims.

Assuming you have a job and you work hard everyday. You are not really moving up the ladder as you think you should, but you are still holding out hope that you will be awarded for your hard work. You're not gonna run around calling your boss a racist. but the day he fires you for reasons outside of your own the job performance then you will speak out.
