Manny Ramirez was a better hitter than Frank Thomas.

I don't care that dudes used roids or PEDs, they were hitting off of pitchers using the same drugs they were.

Roids and PEDs may help your strength but they aren't helping your hand eye coordination.

NOBODY had better hand eye coordination than Barry Bonds.

Manny was not a better hitter than Frank, fukk outta here

People forget how truly great Frank Thomas was. Griffey got all the pub in '94 because he was chasing Maris but Frank had a .487 on-base and .729 slug that year.

fukked up thing about '94.. for all the press Griffey was getting (and rightfully so) Frank had 38 homers to Griffey's 40 and Bonds was sitting at 37 homers as well (and a 1.000+ OPS) ... and then the strike.

Matt Williams had 43 before the strike. Pisses me off that we never saw a finish to that season.

One Question, why is Clemens loved?

He retired in 03, got a sendoff at Fenway and Pro Player Park in the World Series

Unretires, Joins Houston. Pitches for 2 seasons and than semi retires and joins them midseason and retires.

Unretires from a Suite in Yankee Stadium

Is about Unretire for the sole purpose to reset his HOF candidacy.

This coming from a Yankee fan, who thinks the Yankees are wrong for treating the guy like Chris Benoit.

He shouldn't be?

Where do we draw the line?

At roger clemens.

One Question, why is Clemens loved?

He's not loved. It's inexplicable that he's not reviled though. Don't forget that he intentionally hit one of the game's stars in the head, then threw half of a bat at him in the fukking World Series. Biggest piece of shyt I've seen in baseball in my lifetime.

But not the type that roots for the Yankees to lose

But when he threw at young Miguel Cabrera in the ws
Ans then miggy took him deep

I stood up and applauded

There's no loyalty in sports. It's all business!

Clemens is still a cheater though.

Everyone who cheated shouldn't be in the HOF. Bonds,Arod, clemens,Sosa etc. I don't care if they were "a HOF before they started"

OK, that's a fair stance to take, but what about Piazza? Pudge? Bagwell? Pujols? Players that some/many people THINK took steroids but have never tested positive or admitted anything? Where do you draw the line?
