They have town hall meetings/etc. I posted this yesterday, this is what goes in in Manassas, good ol' Mananas Va where Slaves where brought from the Slave ships

man i see where your coming from...its usually a case by case basis and depends on the officer and the town and humans have biases so i wouldn't doubt that blacks get screwed when it comes to the law based off of preconceived notions
