Kind of random but...
Rock and Austin showed why they was top 5 at WM30.
1. They didn't even have a match that night and no feud to promote but was able to deliver a high quality promo and get over other stars in the process.
2. They took Hogan's gaffe and was able to run with it while keeping their original promos in tact.
Just seamless things like that how they can to this day command an audience no matter the situation, whereas I doubt even some of the greats of yesteryear can, has them 1-2 for me.

I wouldnt put Dusty ahead of Jake..nor Austin. Austin can run with anything really and Dusty was great at face promos..Jake was seamless though.
I voted for Hogan but in hindsight it's Savage and then 80s coked out Hogan...both have some of the most signature phrases of all time
