"Elevator music" is a weird way to describe this. Some tracks have a minimalist, almost ambient vibe (Rubber Hand Grip) but everything else is straight up rap shyt.

I like his reviews, he actually brings arguments instead of this is dope this wack, classic vs trash etc. In this case I don't agree, because I actually like it for things he obviously doesn't.
What I do understand is that if you have a problem with Roc Marci rarely if ever writing to specific concepts, storytelling, etc. you're never going to like it. That's why I think this album is really good, because the production perfects the style he's been trying to produce since the first Rosebudd. I honestly doubt there's going to be a better Roc Marci album than this if not produced by someone else other than himself.
