Actually, a lot of sites and people receive albums for free just for the purpose of reviewing it. Not sure about either, but I'd think hiphopdx does because of their size and traffic

I guess they seeing the potential for Rap Genius...besides being merely lyrics (cause theres 1000s of others), this one has a social-media aspect to it where people can submit their own interpretations and rate or comment on others. Also, Im guessing the "verified" accounts put up a flag too.
