Some of you need to become better readers. Rapgenius isn't being sued. Also the lawsuit in question had to have been filed long before news of Rapgenius.com's 15 million dollar infusion. The idea is that if this website (liveuniverse.com) had a judgement entered against them simply for posting lyrics, then RapGenius has no chance of survival.

Actually, a lot of sites and people receive albums for free just for the purpose of reviewing it. Not sure about either, but I'd think hiphopdx does because of their size and traffic
