mid 50s isn’t old by any means. This shyt hurts the same way it did when we lost Biz. When you’re gone you are gone forever. All of us brehs much younger than 50s gotta be aggressive about this health shyt and consciously wanting to live for our family + our peoples.

especially if you have resources, you gotta use that shyt to make sure your life is getting better — even if it’s a slightly better state of living.
