That's what it looks like.

As a fan I requested that any track Chino completed be unaltered - as in leave the same beat he actually rhymed on. No remixes etc.

I want an unadultered release as a fan.

M80 didn't reply, but it's Prolly cause he's busy.

I hope it all works out well and with integrity.
I like that approach generally, as long as the beat isn't super wack. If a producer he worked with regularly remixes it, that's cool too

I hear you. Especially if it's a bad beat.

However posthumous work can easily get messed up.

I feel the best would be factual, original studio work and beats that Chino worked on.

Then remixes.

Especially with an artist like Chino.

Otherwise lies and revisionist history happens.

It's why I hate new interviews with ppl about 2Pac where so many embellish and lie.

It's why I ONLY care about 2Pacs music and video/magazine interviews.

And more than enough is there. It's complete with 2Pac.

The facts of his words are there and they go over anything else!

I feel like Chino's legacy must be preserved.

And that he innovated hip hop with his lyrics and flow patterns.

Like on some Pulitzer Prize winner above Kendrick.

I don't understand why they gave Kendrick a Pulitzer.

I guess it's because of influence and reach.

But Chino to me is the greater artist.

You can't really compare emcees.

But hip hop knows that Chino was top tier.

Highly developed.

I'm angry at myself for not trying to reach out to him.

I was probably wasting time with a brain dead hater.

It's better to build then engage with ppl where it's best to leave it.

Hindsight over 24 years shows its a major waste of time.

Did they release the cause of death? Apache was the last one I don’t think they released the reason (heard it was like Part Arty)

Chino seemed to be in good health

Was he mentally ill?

Dude said he paid for his treatments.

I'm also guessing suicide was spoken of by Chino to his friends in the past
