Only heard about this like 3 days ago. Have some of his physical CDs in the collection. As a fan of wrestling, is it possible that he used steroids to get brolic and that caused harm years later? Not sure, just throwing things out there.

RIP

For the morbidly curious crowd who keeps perpetuating the suicide narrative, Chino XL passed away at home surrounded by his loved ones. That's according to at least 2 of his daughters.

Wrestlers usually chase their steroids with hard/prescription drugs which is a double eged sword

What is this new e.p that was removed called?

I just heard God's Carpenter and it's phenomenal!

The type of rapper you just wait for what they're going to say. How they're going to flip things.

Plus great core songs in general.

I remember an e.p of his from around two years ago.

The one that got pulled, was it newer than God's Carpenter?

It was called My Pen Will Always Be Around. I'm pretty sure it dropped the day the news of his passing came out. The one from a couple years ago was Chino Vs. Balt with Balt Getty. All of his albums are great too tho, definitely worth a listen

How many 2Pac diss records/freestyles does Chino have? And is this one real? I never heard it before.

It's not my place to say, but I will say something on my mind.

I'm disappointed in alot of rappers when one of their friend's dies.

They write very short sentences on them.

Even only in stories.

Why not honor your homie and peer?

I like hearing stories and times emcees had. It's part of history.

Also I didn't see Fat Joe post anything about Chino. I thought he would. He knows everyone.

In hindsight - was is good or bad that 2Pac dissed him? He put his name in arguably the biggest diss in rap history, which raised his profile but at the same time got disrespected by Pac fans. It took years and interviews by the Outlawz to calm down the anti-Chino sentiments.

I am a big Pac fan, but as I got older I gave Chino a chance and never regretted it. Dude was ill on the mic, but unfortunately, like many other talented lyricists, he never reached mainstream success.
