Sao Paulo has been going through somthing of a civil war lately, every night dozens of cops and gangsters are killed. Just last month in SP a group of cops robbed a jewlery store and shot it out with fellow officers leaving some innocent bystanders dead. all jokes aside, I'm sure it's not that easy to hit a moving target from a moving target. you have to compensate for like 3 different velocities

It isn't easy, but I've seen it done multiple times over in the Sandbox.
Just need training, which I can assure you that the people in this video did not have a lot of it seems. But you're right, it's by no means a "gimme"
We can shoot a missile across a continent to land on "3 dollars and 6 dimes" with ease. We can rattle m60 bullets from our helicopters and hit entire convoys plus any children in the area that we pretend are terrorist- in 2 mins.
So basically they just suck.

i'd assume that takes pretty advanced training even by military standards to shoot a moving car out of a swerving helicopter with any accuracy.
no doubt. I'm just saying it's probably nowhere as easy as people might think. I imagine more advanced targeting systems would do a lot of that for you
shooting a missile from A to B doesn't take much math though. not to mentioned they're controlled by pretty advanced targeting systems
