circling back to this to say I appreciate y’all for laying this advice down.I'm only 32 don't know if that's considered old or not
But at every level of life as a BM you can sense that (some, not all) BW you encounter at that level will try to subtly challenge you in little ways or son you like you don't know what you're doing and need to be corrected.
It really doesn't matter what your qualifications are.They have a general distrust of black men leading things and will assume the worst about you until proven otherwise. And even then they won't apologize about it.
My advice is to maintain your distance from those types when you recognize the red flags.
There’s nothing I can do more to influence or change the opinions of others, so must control what I can control and cut out those who don’t fit into that plan

It's more than one way of life. People should choose what's best for them and meets their family's needs.
Multi generational households can be just as nurturing as the nuclear family. Single parents can do well to raise their kids despite the challenges of the other parent being absent. People can only work with what they got, but the best thing is for more people to take more precautions on who they have children with.
The women you listed have resources to take care of themselves and their children. I think the only thing they might look for in a man is fun, sex, companionship, and certainly love. But definitely not for protection or to be provided for. They can pay for the latter and already checked off the former, so they aren't too messed up being single.
