Nah Ricky was a Blood, that's why the Crips at the start stole his ball, cause he had on a red football jersey. They liven in a border neighborhood, that's why Ricky rocked red when everyone else wore blue. Remember the scene where he was getting interviewed at the house, he had a red tie. He was flagging.
