Realistically they could share all they like it's difficult to makeThat’s what I appreciated about Nip. He gave information about his business ventures in an extremely tangible, inclusive manner. Wasn’t always about him looking like a boss moreso than sharing knowledge on how to take steps to get there. Ross, Diddy, Jay-Z, etc. do way more self-glorification than sharing.
CNN Money said:Headquartered in Richardson, Texas, Wingstop restaurant was founded in 1994 and started franchising in 1997. Today, more than 480 restaurants are open and over 100 more are in the works.
The chain, which bills itself as Wing Experts, sells nine different flavors of chicken wings at its aviation-themed restaurants. Former football superstar Troy Aikman is the company's national spokesperson.
So far, the franchises have sold more than two billion chicken wings.
Between 2005 and 2010, the SBA backed 88 loans for Wingstop franchisees, of which only two loans failed.
The cost of setting up a Wingstop restaurant is between $263,550 and $616,946. A potential franchisee must have a net worth of $400,000, with at least $200,000 of it in cash.
Assets America said:It’s not cheap to build a mall. The national average is $24.9 million for a medium-sized shopping mall, not including land purchase and clearing. To build a mall, demolition may be necessary, and this will add significantly to the total cost.
2 minutes in he says he has 40 Wingstops and insinuates he has even more Checkers and this was 2 years ago
Maybach discontinued not enough demand for supplyI thought he had his house foreclosed on last year or something. He back buying new houses again? Good on him.
I hope Ross has equity in Maybach too, as much as he reps them.
@Insensitive
No doubt. Even with the steps on how to enter the game, capital is still very necessary. Gotta pay to play. Even if you have the money everything is still a risk and profit is only theoretical until it actually happens. Over the past few years I’ve been trying to get my feet wet with stocks, restaurant franchise applications, and wholesaling real estate. Even with a strong idea of what I’m doing, firm capital, and a few reliable partners shyt is still expensive and time consuming lol. Add to that, a global pandemic to disrupt forward progress. Everybody definitely isn’t cut out for this.
you should post your process in the 6 figures forum.
I remember there was this YouTube video years back with ross and he was spitting some inspirational hustler evangelist speak and I could tell dude really believed in everything he was saying. The thing I respect about him is he takes his losses but always comes back. Think about how much money he lost after the Reebok shyt. Then he had to deal with the C.O. shyt, then that pest 50 cent. Shakes back every time.
Man I pass by that shyt whenever I’m out that way and that shyt is just majestic at nightpass by this shyt every day
I think it has or had 100 rooms in it
Sounds like the equivalent of the Jamie Foxx parties at his mansion out hereMan Ross be having the biggest pool parties in Atlanta multiple times a week.
it’s like a right of passage for these Atlanta strippers, thots and educated women to go to a ross party.
I know a couple of Nikkas that done saw they “wifey” in the background of an IG video at Ross’ mansion pool parties
What kind of hating is thisI hate that he shows his material possessions instead of his business moves and investments
Show me another singer/rapper of any genre who
A) Has never been on a world tour
B) Has never gone platinum
with a house like this...I don't claim to know anything but I have my theories...are theories now?
