Seems Ross gives zero fukks right now. I got a feeling that Ghostwriters track is about to hurt alot of feelings, u Drake stans may get what your asking for
Be honest tho it was a legit theory
fukk me for finally letting myself be convinced after hearing that Buck song.
If that's the case why is he standing next to diddy?Ross don't bite his tongue even when others do. How many nikkas you see just being outright blatant with it like that concerning birdman? He a solid standup dude. Period. Just look at that whole richgang camp and see how of those artists aren't even involved with birdman anymore or at least distanced themselves. Game, Meek, Ross, Future, many more. Oh yeah and everybody already knew birdman had wayne's bus shot up so I really don't see why people calling Ross out for it. It's common knowledge. nikka tried to have his own "son" killed.Thats a sucka move. Period. Its a dirty business. And Ross is one of the few who actually try to play fair.
Im saying we dont know. Anybody who doesnt get touches when they pop hella shyt is suspect to me.when did I said he was untouchable
he's a boss because he run his own business and gets things down by means which a non boss would not be able to
and who did Rick Ross snitch on, he lied about being a CEO for obvious reasons
nobody believes rappers raps, doesn't change the fact he's obviously not a p*ssy or he's a lot less p*ssy than guys like trick daddy and ross
nobody believes ross is a drug kingpin
but he's a boss apparently because he's still here
The thing is that the people he signed do not talk shyt about him, he and Russell mentored cats that wanted to be mentored. Normal cacs are not out mentoring people, they are trying to fukk over everyone for their advancement. No slave contracts, mentoring street nikkas to be real men, backing them in trouble and on. And he wasn't running shyt, he was #2 to Russell until Russell let him be #1 to pursue yoga, rallying against anti-semitism or whatever the fukk he does. They were still appointing black people to high positions all around, even recruiting people from The Roc, Murder Inc and on, fukking Scarface as boss for the South and all that.Lyor was the president of def jam I do believe and before that he was co-head cac in charge with Russell. I actually don't hate lyor...my fondest memories of hip hop where authored under his run...but let's not act like a Jewish cac with young money is the same as a young black person with money...it's not, lyor has back end connections up the Whazoo...he may have been a worker IN THE BEGINNING, but he was a cac Jew new in an industry just like a young cac Jew new on Wall Street ...wet behind the ears but connected for success, and by the time Jay and Rick Ross came on the scene Lyor was clearly running shyt and considered OLD HIP HOP cac money. In 97/98 if lyor came around you would see the power he had at the time the way EVERYBODY buddies up to him...from rappers to execs to media outlets (especially mtv and vibe)...
Yea everyone was signing deals and partnerships and freedom sort of abounded...but Lyor held the keys to that ship and the presumed freedom that was givin' was just the room lyor was comfortable giving.
But more descript I said cac money, not Old Cac Money...there's a difference.
Rick Ross deserves respect for not letting the system control him. He isn't moved or motivated by plaques as much as he is by money, and that sort of freedom is priceless.
It allows him to release music nonstop to wrap up his deal, and gives him leverage to sign a bigger deal with more power, because who cares if the album sold 300k or 600k? He knows his real $ is on the next deal, touring, merchandise, etc.
Im saying we dont know. Anybody who doesnt get touches when they pop hella shyt is suspect to me.
Yes. The game runs deep, remember that.so J prince hella suspect
Jay-Z hella suspect
young jeezy hella suspect
I could keep going
Yes. The game runs deep, remember that.
i still dont inderstand the last line. Like in what world does ross jave more money than birdman? ross must be dumb as fukk@affirmative @Kunta what now, is it still about 50 cent and Young Buck?
