It was a club banger for Black magic and he probably chose Lex Luger clone instead. Ross probably didn't like the price.. Rozay why you turn down Alchemist for Gucci Tracks or whatever their name is...... You turned down Ryan Leslie's masterful beat he tracked for you in one night.
